  • Burn Fitness Holiday Toy Drive-Burn members help us out and donate a
    new toy to benefit inner-city kids! Our goal is 100 Toys, ages 7-14 we only
    need 28 a more to go can you donate a toy?
  • Indoor Cycling-Please note that Kelly’s 7:00 PM class has now been moved
    to 5PM. Here is one good reason to give spin class a try, a good thirty minute
    workout on a spinning cycle can burn as much as 500 calories

Working out with a friend who is not a Burn member just got easier. Ask at the front desk for a 1-
week free pass to give to a friend in need. Buddy work outs can be much more fun, motivating and
rewarding.

  • Wonder-Have you been wondering about new classes? Burn Fitness wants to know what newclasses you want in 2011, be sure to let the front desk know your suggestions as we try to makethem all happen in 2011!

 

  • Peace-When holiday stress is getting to you come try out Joe’s intense Kick Box Burnclass every Monday & Wednesday followed by his Burn Yoga at 7pm.

 

  • Miracle - It won’t take a miracle to reach your fitness goal, it will take commitment! What will beyour new years resolution this year? Make an appointment to see one of the in-house personaltrainers they will help you stick to your goal for 2011!
